WHO WE ARE
Select was established in 1996. The company specializes in processing information. We are a team of specialists, mainly software developers who create applications that help you manage your time and information.
Since the first application we have created, a lot has changed in our company. But the most important thing hasn’t changed - what we still do best is the processing of information into a competitive advantage.
We are not a corporation, but we are not freelancers either. Select is an experienced company consisting of 25 IT professionals who love and appreciate their work.
Our philosophy is simple:
Be an expert who provides the highest quality service and never gives up. If you are flexible and innovative, you’ll be also effective. Do not focus on rigid methodologies or writing lengthy specifications. The best solutions are created on the basis of flexible, repeatable processes in small but well-organized groups that have analyzed the problem in depth.
Our philosophy is appreciated by large companies that need an efficient and timely IT services provider. The systems, programs and applications prepared by us serve as key factors of competitive advantage in the largest companies. In some of them there are only our applications.

In 2009 we implemented the ISO 9001:2008 system of defining standards of programming and technical support. We decided that the ISO procedures will help to manage IT projects in a more professional way. Now we combine our experience and the conclusions of 15 years of work with the rules of the ISO – this is our own and very effective way to deliver solutions always on time.
