We have the knowledge and experience in the implementation of B2B systems with the help of EU funds from the Operational Programme – Innovative Economy Action 8.2. We know how to write grant proposals to effectively obtain funding for the project B2B. We also know how to run such a project.
A user has 3 ordering opportunities in B2B:
- order via a web browser “from scratch”,
- order via the browser using order templates,
- order via the browser by loading files with the order (EDI format files, xls, csv, txt, xml).
Orders created in this way go directly to your system.
The system also allows you to:
- group the goods ordered by the recipients in terms of suppliers (supply chain),
- verify the range in terms of availability of goods,
- offer Recipients constant access to information about order status,
- service electronic/Internet payment,
- manage individual profiles for each recipient, depending on business conditions and provisions of the contract.
After completing the product and changing the status of order by the warehouse worker, the recipient receives a notification about the preparation of goods for shippment and its status (number of products verification). After the order confirmation, the system automatically generates a WZ document for the ERP system. On its basis, the ERP system creates an invoice which will go to the recipient in an electronic format (e.g. EDI).
Sales department Employees can easily generate the bulk orders to suppliers which are sent electronically in the EDI standard.
A Supplier can manage his order statuses, content, anticipated dates of order execution and batch deliveries. The entire process takes place automatically or manually in B2B with an easy-to-use web interface.
After the verification the B2B system allows to enter the protocol of differences or the complaint. The document includes information about what the order does not match or is damaged. The B2B system will provide communication and exchange of necessary documents within the process.
Any document issued in the ERP system causing financial commitments of Partners will be automatically transferred to the B2B system. This is due to an automatic documents forwarding to the Partners in an electronic form.
B2B system will generate a balance sheet for Partners. Partners may transmit information about the transfers made to the B2B system and make settlements of obligations also with the help of the import of electronic bank statements .
All the partners may have access to the analyses and materials containing useful business information which are generated by your employees (eg in the form of a newsletter) . The information is presented in the form of OLAP analyses, graph-charts or data sheets (hierarchical grids).
